The Vero Shores Owners Association is a voluntary organization. Dues are extremely affordable ($60/year) and are open to any resident. Board Officers & Committee Directors are voted on every year. 

Membership dues pay for the landscaping and beautification of the front entrance. Dues also go towards our annual gatherings and an emergency fund. Check your email & front entrance sign for updates!

There are no special covenants in Vero Shores - we coordinate with the Indian River County Code Enforcement & Indian River County Building officials to encourage compliance with County & Code Ordinances.
